After meeting Ondine in Tuscany 7 years ago she has become one of my dearest friends. We share the love for Val’ dorcia, where the little village of Pienza became her home in 2005 . When we met I had already spent every vacation there since I was 14. In the early 90’s my parents purchased a ruin in the area and spent years on renovating it. Other than being one of the most interesting women I know on a personal level, Ondine is a contribuiting editor at Conde nast traveler . Every winter she is lucky enough to do a –round the world trip and write about her destinations. Whenever I need inspiration and to dream myself away to another place I look at Ondines photos from around the world.
